Personal Training
Fitsense provides both functional training and high intensity interval training (HIIT). Our holistic approach to enhancing fitness incorporates work with weights, boxing (with a focus on pad work), body resistance exercises and more. We personalize the intensity and program to your goals, age, fitness level and desire.  
Away from home or in quarantine?   We offer Personal Training ZOOM sessions.
Got a Pool?  We offer Personal Training Aqua Aerobics, low impact with strength and cardio focus.
​Functional Training Group Sessions
This class is designed to give you more lean muscle and less fat. The class is extremely varied at all times so your body continues to adapt and change. Expect, skipping, boxing, squats,  planks, push ups,  partner work and so much more.

Private Group Training
Book in your own private group of 4 to 6 people. We train in various locations around Cairns and the Northern Beaches.From parks to beaches to your home or work places, we make it convenient for you!



Boxfit Group Sessions
Boxfit is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. It combines boxing and exercise with great fun, and is a stress busting activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without getting hit.  See Facebook for pop up sessions.
