Personal Training
Fitsense provides both functional training and high intensity interval training (HIIT). Our holistic approach to enhancing fitness incorporates work with weights, boxing (with a focus on pad work), body resistance exercises and more. We personalize the intensity and program to your goals, age, fitness level and desire.

This class is designed to give you more lean muscle and less fat. The class is extremely varied at all times so your body continues to adapt and change. Expect, skipping, boxing, squats,  planks, push ups,  partner work and so much more.

Circuit  Workout

Group session located at Marlin Coast Swimming and Fitness Center
After the initial warm-up followed by an intense post warm-up, get ready to sweat! This class combines basic boxing fundamentals, body weight exercises and high intensity interval training to boost your heart rate and burn hundreds of calories. All fitness levels welcome.
